Is it the MX version of the card? If so, I believe this is a known issue which Nvidia are working on.

I tried the MX420 but took it back to the store and went back to my Radeon. The Radeon does everything that FS asks of it. I don't know what the h---- I was thinking. It turns out the MX420 can't do a lot of what it's predecessors could.
