After new panel install frame rate down to 1 or zero!

I recently installed a new panel (raylear2.zip) ((not suggesting the problem is with the panel)) and found with that plane, when loaded, I got a frame rate of 1 or zero! after just a couple of seconds.I believe I followed the install instructions and just before the panel install everything was fine and flying.I then removed the panel and set the airfile back but no change. Moreover any aircraft now exhibits this same effect.Is there an obvious reason for this or shall I have to re-install FS2002?ThanksNigel
