All in one installer

Hi Everyone,this has probably been asked a number of times but I can't find anything doing a search.In the manual in section 8 it gives a helpful hint to download and install the 767PIC/PMDG All-in-One-installer.I have gone to the PMDG site and cannot locate it. Can anyone give me a heads up as to whether this is required or where I can download the file from?Also, does anyone know if there's a problem at www.navdata.at?ThanksWayneNo need to answer this. The navdata site was down for a few minutes and I have located the file.
