PMDG 747 Queen Of The Skies Type Rating Course

Could some one kindly advise me how to ensure the downloaded lessons for the 747TRC 1 /2/3 should be loaded. I downloaded lesson 1 and it appears as expected in the PMDG choose a flight dialogue box. I downloaded flight lessons TRC 2&3 unzipped to my main FS9 directory as instructed. Finished lesson 1.Go to look for lesson 2 to load. Cant find lesson 2 or 3 anywhere. Any help will be greatly appreciated, as I am burning an awful lot of fuel but not getting airborne. My wife only gives me $10.00 a flight for fuel. HELP!ajb380.
