Hi, I've just finished reading the documentation that came with my boxed version of "Queen of the skies". I sat down to try the tutorial included in the printed manual and have struck the following problem. All is well until i reach the departures page of the CDU, i select LSGG (geneva) Runway 05 as instructed and in the left hand column under SIDS there is the word NONE. The same goes for arrivals at EDDT there are no STARS listed on the arrival page. I have spent hours scanning the manuals and cannot find a solution. I am pulling my hair out

I think you have to download sid/stars from the PMDG support web.Don't be surprised if the ones recommended in the tutorial don't show ,I had similar problem with my 737-800/900 and when I contacted the support direct I was told if the sids/star aren't there than I am doing something wronge!!!!!!!Tass

Cheers i found a web link in the manual where i can aquire the relevent SIDS and STARS and it seems to have solved my problem and i was able to complete the tutorial. I think i know what i'm doing now, fingers crossed!!!! All problems aside Queen of the skies is a magnificent program that will keep me interested and learning for a long while. It's good to know there is a support forum here if i need it. Thanks!!
