Keep getting engine failure at V2 in PMDG 737

HelpI keep getting engine failure, both engines at T/O. I have no failures set in drop down menu. Been flying by the numbers/book for years. I dont know why this is happening. Thank goodness i have RTO always set.plz help.TIA
