August 9, 200619 yr Are you feeding the packs from the APU? If so... is the Right Hand Bleed Isolation Valve open? Are you getting a green flow bar to Pack #3?Hope this helps.Cheers.Q>
August 9, 200619 yr Well, I feed the packs from the APU prior to engine start. Just before starting the engines, I switch the packs off to get pressure, and once all engines are started, I switch back on all the packs and the APU off, so the packs are fed by the engines after start...this way is when pack 3 fails to be fed.
August 9, 200619 yr So you're getting no flow bar to the Pack? Is there only a Memo message saying your pack is off or are there any other messages?Have you accidentally armed the FWD or AFT CARGO FIRE extinguishing system? This will cause Pack 3 to shut down. Note also that Cabin overpressure can cause Pack #2 to shut down.Have you any failures set?Cheers.Q>
