I've installed FSNav for flight planning but i need some help on a couple of issues. I now you can only use fsnav for route planning only for pmdg i.ve made my plan how do i export it to pmdg and do i leave out the SID and STAR and put them in seperate while planning on FMC any help would be greet helpMike

You need to go to the FSNav site. You can download the PMDG 737 export module free from there. The exported plan will work in both the 737 and 747 packages. As to the sid/star question. I leave both out and add them in after determining winds, etc..
