CTD Memory timing out... quick question

I am having trouble with a CTD usually after an hour flight with the 747 400 + F due to an 'out of memory' error. I have 2GB of Corsair memory installed. I have noticed that if I load FS2004 with a default plane the memory usage is around 350MB a the start and the Level D 767/PSS 777 is around 600MB. Bless the queen she comes in aroundabout 1.3-1.4GB from the start, is this a normal amount of memory that she needs to run. I have been looking at various posts here and will try some of the suggestions. Would increasing the page file swap allocation be a good thing to do? I am running GEPRO + Active Sky + Ultimate Terrain.Many Thanks
