Credict Card Ordering Not Working

Featured Replies

I've tried several times to buy the "747-400 Queen of the Skies for FS9.1" with my Amex card today, but I get the following message:----Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'Script timed out/productcart/pc/gwReturn.aspThe maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools. ----Please cancel orders 76357, 76358, and 76366 and fix the problem.Marc

I don't know whether it's a related problem but I had some difficulty ordering by Mastercard a few days ago. I kept getting a message that the cardholder verification was invalid. After over a dozen trial-and-error attempts I found out that four digits, not three, were required in the input field for the 3 digit card security code (the one on the little paper signature strip on the back of the card). I tried entering the last digit of the card number followed by the three digits of the security code: four digits in all. And it worked.A quick telephone check with Mastercard revealed that the order had appeared twice on my card. I'm hoping that the PMDG accounts people will realize what's happened and only charge me once. (I've notified PMDG support by email with order number.)Rob
