Cathay CArgo PCF?

In the Downsload section under "747-400" there are files for the "Cathay Cargo PCF". What is the PCF model? Is that really the Boeing Converted Feighter? PCF is not mentioned on the Boeing corportae site or anywhere else I can thing of. Thanks.

PCF stands for Passenger Converted Freighter and yes, it is the Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) model.
