Cannot install 747 PMDG Please help

I think I have changed my FS defualt registry, if I want to install 747 pmdg it says I havent got FS installed. Ok I can changed it but the PMDG 747 installation program doesnt give me the option to choose my path. Directly after validating it tells me FS not installed it doesn`t give me a option to change the installation path.Any ideas please
