This is a new problem, I think. Recently, I did a fresh install of fs2k2. Now, whenever I start from an airport that is near water, the shimmering effect runs over on to the airport (see attached picture). I've noticed this at Meigs and KSFO, but haven't tried any others. Has anyone else had this problem? Earl

Well they have been getting a lot of rain in the midwest. :)I guess you try to do another clean install, uninstall your current sim, and reinstall a fresh copy.
