December 19, 200619 yr I'm having trouble trying to install my PMDG products & I require you to reset my account to register ALL items.I have backed up the Zip Files but they still need verifying.I assumed that the with extended download service I paid for that the process would be straight forward.I have had to do this on at least 3 occasions & I'm finding the whole process rather tedious.For what ever reason being, Reinstallation, New PCs, PC Crashes, I will have to keep contacting PMDG for the items you provide to make them work for whatever reason. Isn't their a better way to do business or is this about security of your software?EJL Edwards (NiaWhit)
