July 28, 200223 yr sorry for not being clear. I meant that I went to SFO and set the dynamic scenery slider all the way to maximum and yet I saw nothing competing with me for the runway.

Dynamic scenery has nothing to do with ATC. You need to change your ATC traffic percent slider. Under settings, under ATC.
