Help with 744 Repaint

Hello all! I am doing a private repaint for the 744 and can't seem to figure out what is going on with the belly texture. I've ruled out a problem with the alpha channel, and I can't see of any thing else that would be throwing this off. Does anyone have a clue what is going on?
