IFR USA FAA FL's

Ok if that title wasn't cryptic enough. :)I took a picture, sorry I don't own a scanner yet, of my current (June/Aug 2002) FAA cruising altitudes chart for enroute high altitude flights. There has been, even on my part, some confusion of the proper flight level restrictions.
