Modifying FS2000 lights for FS2002

I know, there've been a hundred posts on this one, but all the Avsim search engine comes up with for me are loads of posts about Ducks. Must be my aquackic heritage. Sure, I love 'em and waddle a bit myself. But, in the meantime, can anyone remind me if there's any easy fix for the increasing "size" of nav and beacon lights as one moves further away (i.e. in SPOT view) from any given aircraft?
