When I go to the download section of PMDG and download a livery, everything is fine. When I go to install the livery, an error comes up saying that in cant access the CFG

Please sign your posts with your real name.Have you purchased and installed the actual PMDG product for which you would like to add liveries? Which airplane is this in regards to anyway?
