On the 747-400 the radios will auto tune themselves to update themseelves. My question is if I put in my own frequency for whatever reason and then want to go back to auto, how do I do this? The manual just says that when the frequency is erased, it will go back to auto. How do I erase the frequency?

Hit the MCDU "DEL(ete)" key and upselect DELETE to the L or R VOR position on the NAV RAD page.Hope this helps.Cheers.Q>
