Hi all,VNAV does not engage after takeoff even though I've programmed the FMC and have VNAV armed for departure. After takeoff, I tried VNAV, THR or SPD to no avail.It will only engage if the current speed drops 15kts below bug speed.1.What am I not doing right?2.How can I solve this?3.Has anyone experienced the same or similar problems? Thanks:-) :-luke
