Probably best to contact the folks at PMDG via email rather than trying to resolve the purchase issue here on the forum. You should find the appropriate email address on their website. They've always been responsive to me.

Yes, call PMDG's support.When the 744 was released the server was on it's knees, dropped connections, I kept clicking and ended up with 4-5 orders.PMDG fixed the problems and reversed the improper credit info.Randazzo and crew are HONEST!!!Buck
