July 30, 200223 yr Has anyone ever done a high quality (Dream Fleet-like) version of the 152? My flying club owns several and I'm flying one towards my PPL. I'd love to practice in the sim using a model fairly close to the real thing. At this point I fly the Archer because it handles like a real plane and the numbers aren't too far off. It's just hard to convince myself that it's really a high-wing though!David
July 30, 200223 yr From what I have heard and read, the Carenado C-152 is the best one so far. It's free if I remember correctly. I don't remember the website name but I'll look for it now and I'll tell you.Take careMikeEDIT:Here is the link to the C-152. I have it and I must say that it is very nice and realistic (IMO)http://66.33.47.235/html/freeairplanes.php3To go to their front page it's www.carenado.com
July 30, 200223 yr I think Flight 1's coming out with a package....not too sure though...http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/edenw/FS_..._banner_je2.jpg
July 30, 200223 yr Yes!!!! I had forgotten about this one. Sounds like an interesting package too. I just hope they don't add so many bells and whistles that it doesn't fly smoothly (without stutters). I have a high end system and the Archer taxes it somewhat. Thanks for reminding about this.David
