Today's new version is currently worth flying in Manual mode only as the majority of the Autopilot functions become active only occasionally.They are:IAS/Mach HDGVert SPDA/P EngageThe only one that is working normally is ALT. The others don't change in response to left and right Mouse clicks.In addition:The landing gear retracts only occasionally. The ability to withdraw the control column with the Mouse "hand" in order to better view the instrument panel only works occasionallyOn my first few flights all worked normally. I should mention that in the first version I didn't experience these problems.Please help.Cliff

Try adjusting your eyepoint in the cockpit (forward, backward, side to side). You may have inadvertevtly moved it so that it is intersecting one of the seats or other objects in the cockpit. This will intefere with your ability to interact with some buttons and knobs. The autopilot funcitons normally for me.Andrew

Thank you for trying to help Andrew.I woke this morning thinking that the problems were so unusual that I should try the simple solution of uninstalling completely and installing anew.I've just done that and my Bird works perfectly again.I'm grateful to you for trying.Cliff
