FS9 PMDG-747 Two questions and needs help

I purchased PMDG-747 and with out problem installed and made some training flights.Today, I was experiencing some major problems. Kewr - KTOL flight was very smooth, but the problems developed at the last moment when was cleared to land. MY CH-Yoke and Pedals froze.( later on I flew with LDS 767 and my yoke/pedals functioned with out any problems, I also made a calibration test on all the numbers) 747 Plane was on AP , ILS freq appeared on the screen, I clicked several times LOC and APP mode and F/O verified,but no connection lights appeared and LOC/APP mode didn't function. I want to look outside , but I cannot change the views. I tried to make a manual landing, but my controls were useless, because nothing was functioning. This scenario repeated it self when I tried to make my second light to KTOL. Same situation happened,at last moment landing app. Yoke/Pedals/view changes were not responding. No LOC/APP mode were functioning.So, here is my today's story. Will you please advise, what is causing the problem or am I doing some thing wrong.I really enjoyed PMDG-747. It is a GREAT plane.if I can complete a flight , I will be really happy.Sanal

Dear PMDG support,I made another flight with PMDG-747, again at the final approached, I received an message ailerons locket. MY CH-Yokes/pedals be came useless again. I open the THT and manually moved flaps 20, this action cleared the freeze of controls, even FMC ILS functional well, but LOC/APP buttons like dummy buttons. I canto even hear any clicking sound from them.SanalWhy my third flight always control freeze at the final approcah and LOC/APP buttons doesnot operating.

Ryan ,I am not getting any support at this time. I saw your name as developer, and you are trying to help to members as much as possible. Is it possible if you review my two problems and advise. Here are the the summarizes:a-Firts flight during to appto KTOL. "Ailerons Locked" msg appeared on EICAS and my CH-Yoke/pedals freeze.b-Second flight to KTOL. Again during appr. Controls freeze I opened THR. Manually lowered the flap 20. This helped to unlock ailerons and rudder.FMC connected to the ILS, but LOC/APP buttons were not functioning. b- Third flight to Boston at the CRZ. Suddenly speed increased to 345kn warning "Aircraft Overstress" and crash.
