B737NG display problems

I bought the PMDG 737-700 a couple of days ago and ran into some trouble. Firstly, FS9 quit when opening the PMDG 737's overhead window (shift-7) or the throttle window (shift-8). Secondly, my Saitek Aviator joystick throttles don't work properly. The throttles go to flight idle on the ground when I pull them back. Thirdly, after starting up a flight with the pmdg 737 I get black displays and only after selecting another aircraft and re-selecting the 737 I get the normal displaysI use the 737 on fs9 with Vista, ThanksDirk
