hello, Just curious if anyone knows why Vans Aircraft is not responding to my emails that I cant get the plane I bought to Download! Has anyone else had any problems with them? Are they still in existance. I have waited a while to finally purchase one, but I cant beleive its been two days since I purchased it and still no response with any help in getting it to download. After entering in the user ID and access code, I get a reponse saying file not found using those access codes. let me know if anyone knows whats going on here! thanks - Aaron

2 months and counting waiting for my response. My credit card company took care of me though and I won't be buying from Van's again.
