Cargo loaders on FSX PMDG 747-400F do not work for me!

I loaded with the load amnager the 747 full and did open all doors on the 747-400F, put the loaders in front of the cargo doors, but it won't load any cargo why?, The aircraft remains emty. Can someone help. please??Best regards Martijn
