HiI have paid for a 737 panel from Ariane but struggle to download the 16MB file. Does anyone else suffer the same problem.I would welcome any help.ThanksBob

This has been a major problem with Ariane Studios since Mr Tishma started it, (taking your money and then no software) and has been widely discussed many times on this forum (search for 'Ariane' and prepare for a very long reading session). Here's what to do:Firstly, write to / email Tishma and complain. Insist he either sends you the panel on disk (totally at his expense, not yours), or demand your money back in full.As Tishma will no-doubt ignore you, contact (by phone) Worldpay and complain to them. Ask them for Tishma's phone number (or Katie Dyson's) at Ariane and complain to them direct. (Prepare for more false promises and fob-offs than you've ever heard before.)Then involve your credit card company. Complain to them - they have a legal obligation to assist you.Also, don't forget to complain to your local Trading Standards unit. Trading Standards already have a very large dossier on Ariane/Tishma.Then you will have been fully initiated into the ever-growing "They Stole My Money" Club......Good Luck - let us know how you get on.....
