GoFlight MCP-PRO PMDG-licence key

...Hi folks,I have a problem with the licence key.My recently purchased MCP-PRO had malfunctions, so I had to get it replaced free of charge by the seller.This took place. The new one has the serial number 0003 45. It seems to work properly with Level D 767, feelthere 737 and MS default airplanes, but not with the the PMDG planes. I am getting error messages"unlicensed MCP PRO serial No. for this product"I tried to fix this by the replacement of the former serial nr. 000017 by the new one 0003 45 - but I failed with that - same error message came up.Therefore I contacted [email protected] three weeks ago. But they did not answer despite two friendly reminders.Any idea, what I can do, to get the software operable again?Appreciating any help!Claus
