got a problem with PMDG 747X

HeyaI am pretty new to here!I have got a problem with PMDG 744Xthe problem with when taxing a fleet on taxiway and when turns airplane neither left, or right the nose wheel itself wouldnt moveit used be working with Windows XP somehow after installed Windows Vista, and it occuring a problem ####...is anyone have simular problem if you do please need a help ofcourse I am willing to show some more specific detailCheers
