How to perform touch and go with MD-11?

Bonjour tu le mond a PMDG, :)I am wishing to inquire as to the proper procedure for performing a touch and go with the new MD-11. I would rather like to do some extensive circuit work to gain manual flying skills with this fantastic aircraft, and performing many landings and takeoffs during a simulator session would be so helpful to me. I have tried so far to land and then press the go around button on the throttle, but the FMS seems to lose all programmed route information upon touchdown. Therefore, I have no Vr, V2 speeds, etc, to take off again with. I understand that part of the procedure is to set flaps back up to 28 and then press the go-around button during the after-landing roll, but I have no further takeoff data at this point to guide me.Merci beaucoup for any information that can be provided is this context. -Paul Bonhomme
