Is that a zip file, program, or word doc? I have a lot of files (documents and programs) that are PIC related but nothing with that exact name. I may be able to email it to you if you can be more specific.

Thanks, but I found it, of all places, right here in Avsim. PIC2FS is a nice little program that let's you convert flights plans in the .rte format into .pln. Usefull when you want to use up to date routes for PIC with another aircraft.Cheers
