Pneumatic System message

After taxiing in from a flight and parking, I received a magenta message over the Engine 1 N2 display reading x-bld. I shut down both engines and then restarted which cleared the message. However, the Engine 2 thrust was then degraded (15% less than #1 with 1/2 the fuel flow at idle) and the R HYD system, R fuel pump and R ENG crossbleed valves all showed faults and I was unable to clear them. Any suggestions as to what was causing the problem? I could not even find the X-Bld message referenced in the manual.
