No landing light in PIC frontview

Featured Replies

Hi,using FS2K2 english pro version and pic (without posky). Whenlanding at night there is a grey lighted area in front of theplane on the runway or taxiway when using the outside views (tower view or spot plane view). When I'm using the frontside panel view there is no light on the runway or taxiway. Using other cockpit views (e.g. front right) the runway/taxiway is lighted.Any chance to get a lighted runway when using the cockpit front view? It's difficult to taxi with these dark taxilights without a lighted taxiway...Perhaps someone has a solution for my problem, regards, Joe

Using a POSKY v3 (gmax) visual model will make landing lights visible from within the cockpit. I recommend my PIC/POSKY merge; just search this forum from "PIC POSKY" and you should find it. It will still fly like PIC and not like POSKY.Lee Hetherington (KBOS)

I've tried to use your PIC/POSKY merge. But when merging PIC and POSKY I've got another problem: there is no chance to keep the plane on the runway with only one engine running - it's impossible to taxi with one engine because the plane turns very fast around the actual position. No chance to stop turning the plane with full rudder(using rudder, no autocoordination, yaw damper on).Is this the normale behavior when using your merge? I've no problem with PIC when taxing with only one engine because I can use my rudders to correct the direction. Is there something wrong with your merge? Or with my settings?Any ideas?Greetings, Joe
