June 25, 200223 yr Hey Guys, I was wonderin what the North Atlantic tracks were and how Ican program these into the FMC to fly along the route. The captain in my 767 video talked about them and how they had to switch from track Delta to track Charlie on a count of heavy traffic, the flight was Gatewick to Orlando? Thanks, Tom
June 25, 200223 yr Hi Tom.Try this link.http://www.natroutes.glideslope.de/You will find the tracks they use daily.Regards.Francois
June 25, 200223 yr I use that also, but they just say Yankee for this track.. etc... BUT I don't think they tell you what the points are...
June 25, 200223 yr Pepsi, they tell you the waypoints on that site, just look a little closer at it.Greg
June 25, 200223 yr If you fly on VATSIM and want to use VATSIM's static (i.e., not varying with weather) North Atlantic Tracks, you can get them here: http://www.sls.lcs.mit.edu/ilh/fs/767pic/vatsim-nat.zip . You basically paste these into your wpNavRTE.txt file and then you have NATA, NATB, NATC, NATD, NATE, NATF, NATG, NATU, NATV, NATW, NATX, NATY, and NATZ "airways".Lee Hetherington (KBOS)
