AI-bridge

Featured Replies

Hi guysIs the new AI-bridge not working with PIC767?It seems to work fine with DF737, but I can't get it to work with PIC.RegardsMichael

There has to be an AI-TCAS in the panel already for it to work. PIC doesn't have one and thus it does not work.

Ok, I see...Thanks for the answer!/Michael

There is a TCAS panel out - not sure about the licensing (if any) of ir it will work with aibridge.I think someone has to take the plunge and see if they can get it to work with the PIC panel - probably added as a new window that you could easily pop up over the panel with a simple "shift 9" keystroke or something like that. Surely it beats the switching to sbhost on VATSIM.Search the AVSIM library for "tcas-panel.zip"From recent experience on VATSIM flying my DF737 and PSSA320 I can tell you that having the TCAS righ on your panel changes the entire experience dramatically - I had got to the point where I was actualy flying as B763/F rather than T/B763/F because I was getting too lazy to use the TCAS .If anyone has any info or finds anything out I would love to hear (we would all love to hear).Sincerely,Ian Elchitz CYWG

there is a new panel(RJ85) that incorporates a VS with TCAS in it, i'm gonna try to put it into the PIC panel as another layer over the default VS(like some mod's irl)*edit* url for RJ panel http://ftp.avsim.com/library/sendfile.php?DownloadID=16943
