I was just wondering does anybody know how long does it take to go from no flaps to flaps 30 in real life on a 767 while sitting on ground or in air .. THANKS

Judging by the diagram, the time from UP to Flaps 30 is:26.1 + 2.9 + 2.4 + 4.2 + 3.3 = (approx) 38.9 secondsI believe the disparity between PIC and the real aircraft is due to MSFS's shortcomings.
