where do i find the gauge to show fuel burn/hr in the 767?

I don't mean to be rude but you really do need to read the manuals.The questions you're asking are mostly answered in those manuals.

WorkingStiff is right, but let's give the guy a break.Lower ECAM, select "Engine".
