HI guys...please anyone help me...i dont know whats happening...every time i need to press SHIFT+M ot get back avionics working...if you know please tell me how to solve this problem!!

Not sure what you are trying to say. I have never-ever pressed shift-M. Does you panel go dead on you at times. Or are you using shift-M to try and turn on the panel from a cold dark cockpit? Did you follow all the start-up procedures?
