September 22, 200223 yr Mike Bevington and I arrived early to get prime parking spots for the big event tomorrow. Poor Mike had a scare when he was landing on 34 another aircraft suddenly appeared on the threshold of 16. Mike handled it like a pro though!Unfortunately there is no American Airlines 76 model for the CSL library.http://www3.sympatico.ca/dpergau/jpgs/yxc-arrivals.jpgRegards,Dan Pergau
September 22, 200223 yr Nice shot Dan! That runway is short enough without having a C130 pop up facing you with propellers spinning just as you are standing on the brakes through 70 knots on a 6000 foot runway. Geeze! The Cranbrook add-on scenery is very nice indeed. Here is a shot of Dan and I at those prime parking spaces, complete with the waving Canadian Flag in front of the tower. You won't find me "nose in" tomorrow afternoon I can assure you.

September 22, 200223 yr the question is... who brought the beer? Maybe its in the back of Rob's plastic plane.Amazing how timing plays a huge part... Mike left Reno and i left Winnipeg and arrived nearly at the same time. I saw Dean enroute from Winnipeg to YXC as well and with you meeting up with Ryan and Mike... wow great stuff.Dan
