February 1, 200323 yr I haven't been flying the 767PIC very long, but it seems that most of you know alot about the aircraft that probaly came from experiance so I was wondering if I could get a little advice. I'm having trouble trying to find out what the approach and landing speed are for the 767PIC, and also at what points to extend flaps. Thanks for the help.
February 1, 200323 yr There's actually a reference diagram in ur 767PIC checklists manual. But nonetheless, you set flaps to 1 in ur intial approach fix,Vref30+ 60approaching turn to intercept ILS flaps 5, Vref30+ 30glideslope active, flaps 20, gear down,vref25/30 +5when u're one dot from glideslope, flaps 25/30 (ur choice) vref25/30 +5for your speeds, try to use the vref speeds for ur flaps, it can be calculated by finding your Vref30(obtainable from FMC)Regards,SIVTK (WSSS)
