Which brand of SIDS are usually included in an FMC? I understand the vectored SIDS are usually missing, but for example, something like the London Heathrow MIDHURST SID? Is that normally included on a FMC database, or does the captain have to enter key points manually, or just fly the thing manually?I found these SIDS at navdata, but it is realistic to include them in my database?
