As I reach minimums I am still in cloud, and elect to carry out the published missed approach. The missed approach point is correctly displayed in the FMC as the next waypoint. I am not sure how to get the aircraft to climb for the missed approach point. Out of desperation, I disconnected the autothrottle and hand-flew the missed approach, but I'm sure there is a correct way.Any help?Thanks.
