April 7, 200323 yr Hello guys! Does any one Virtual/Real Pilot know which standard speed/mach and vertical speed altitudes is used flying a Boeing 767- 300 in the real life only for a descent starting for example to FL390 until vicinity airport arrival, leaving VNAV mode!!! :) I know the Standard aicraft type: 737-800 and just now Im interesting for the 767. Thanks masters
April 7, 200323 yr My Boeing manual is unclear for altitudes above 20.000 ft. Below it says as follows:

Speed Clean With speedbrakes

mach .78/290 knots1800 2700

250 knots15002000

Vref+8012001600

Not sure if all this HTML stuff works.Kind regards,Stephan Haashttp://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...or=SVA1&a=a.jpg
April 8, 200323 yr In fact, you are giving the answer for altitudes above FL200, too. Normally, you would slow down to 7,8 when starting descend from cruise altitude. At the change over point you would then aim to maintain about 290 kts (as usual, all this depending on cost factor)
