want to clear up a few things

Hi guys ---When i'm in flight and i look out in spot view and go back in the cabin i go shift enter [once and back space - ] once now i'm in the view i want to be in till next time i go into spot view than have to do all over again. How do i set it in the con. file so it stays permanent? Another thing is if let's say i'm down wind on clearing speed of 220 and my weight is set at roughly 300-320 which makes my last flasp bug at 220, should i at this speed have my flaps con. to the 1st notc/ Thanks -----Louis ml2488--cva2488[http://www3.telus.net/cgi-shared/filemgr.cgi/public_html/pictures/LouisJetsignS100.jpg]
