Do you have FSUIPC installed? If you do, go to 'Modules - FSUIPC' and find the tab with 'Control spikes' on it, and check the box next to the rudder. This is only helpful if you use a set of rudder pedals. Check the documentation inculded with FSUIPC for more help.

Hi,Fred is correct, eliminating control spikes in FSUIPC will stop this happening. I used to get this as well. Incidentally I still use a joystick with twist for rudder and it sorted it out, so I'm not sure the problem is confined to rudder pedals.CheersPaul
