well when I go to the website all I get is a message in the bottom lefthand corner saying "offline" with a red dot beside it and undernueath the words not logged in where there used to be a number of items thjis area is all blsnk.

The website is up and running.The "Offline" message you are seeing is saying that his ICQ Instant Messaging software is not turned on but that has nothing to do with the status of the website.
