Yoke Response

Greetings! I placed my PIC Panel with several IFDG 757's and POSKY 767's. Flight control seems to be within an acceptable range except when gradually pulling back on the yoke, it wants to travel full distance resulting in major pitch up of aircraft to stall condition. Although pushing full forward on the yoke, it prefers not to respond. What line and settings would resolve this in the config file? Thank you!
