I'd like to know too, seems to have disappeared with the later AIRAC cycles.

Seems to be specific to AIRAC 0403 - the last one Richard put out.There is a new database coming hopefully next week from Richard with the release of AIRAC 0603.This will hopefully resolve the issue. Best way is to restore Previous Airports.Txt file in the FMCWP section.Assuming you backed it up of course.
